TARGET: Photo Deluxe Replacement

Does anyone know of any software that is similar to Adobe's Photo Deluxe,
which has been discontinued?  I'm looking for similar capabilities that Photo
Deluxe had, such as the ability to change backgrounds, add props, etc.
