Happy New Year! I'm currently working on this interdisciplinary timeline =
project. Each 8th grade student was assigned a year within the 20th =
century. They have researched a historical event, an important person, =
scientific invention or discovery and now we need a math component. The =
math teacher would like them to research a stock during their assigned =
year. I've checked the internet and can't seem to find any historical =
stock data web sites. I know that when the stock market was formed in =
1896 that there were 12 stocks and that General Electric is the only =
original stock still traded today. Does anyone have any suggestions =
where to look for this information. Thanks for the help.
