Weeding is not a problem. Most everyone knows how to weed, but the problem is what to (legally) do with the material you weed? How do you get rid of it? 1. What are the guidelines for discarding materials purchased with federal money from Title IVB , Chapter II, Title VI or any other federal programs? 2. What is your county or state procedure for discarding materials after they are weeded and listed as discarded? How do you get the material (books and equipment) out of the building? And of course I want the legal guidelines.
