Since you ask that replies be sent to all, I have done so.

Questions are Never offensive, Ignorance can be.  As long as a question
is asked sincerely, by one seeking to cure ignorance, then it cannot be
offensive.  We each have our own particular areas of ignorance, and
only by asking those with more information in that area can we fill
those areas with knowledge.
