I am planning a workshop for parents in my inner city, middle school = media center to help them assist their children with their projects. In = our school, many of our students do not have money for supplies plus the = parents are not educated well enough to know how to help their kids. = Has anyone done a workshop of this type? I would like some tips on what = I can do to get the parents to participate. I wrote a grant to get = funding for supplies to provide free of charge, but I don't count on the = money coming through. Thanks, Diane King, School Library Media Specialist Bartlett Middle School, Savannah, GA diane.king@savannah.chatham.k12.ga.us =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-=-=- All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
