DIckens ideas needed

I read A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens with my 7th grade advanced
English class.  I want to expand it to include more library activities,
even more technology aspects.  Here's what I've come up with myself, but
I feel that I'm probably overlooking some obvious library connections.  I
could use some fresh perspectives, especially from a librarian's
viewpoint.

- research on Dickens or the time period
- PowerPoint presentation on the ghost they think most influenced Scrooge
to change his ways (could be done in groups)
