Hi, I would be very interested in your list of Recommended Florida books since I will be starting my first year as a media specialist after 13 years of teaching and receiving my MLS in May. I am new to Florida, so I am not as familiar with Florida titles. One title I do like is S is for Sunshine A Florida Alphabet by Carol Crane and Michael Glenn Monroe. It is a great picture with book with historical facts printed on the side of the pages. It would be good for grades 3-5 and even the younger kids.
