LM_NET mail restored

Thanks to the Syracuse University computing systems folks, the software
glitch is repaired.  There was a failure in the system that does off
campus deliveries for LISTSERV Friday evening, July 11. While the failure
was repaired, the system was not completely restored to normal operation,
but it was just fixed.  The weekend's worth of LM_NET messages are on
their way to the off campus subscribers.

Hope everyone gets all the mail now!
