Working with poor schools, I switched to it a couple of years ago for proof of concept and have not really gone back. Apart from a few interface differences it does everything that 99% of people do with word/excel/powerpoint. Once you get over those few differences you will probably love it. The new version also has built in PDF creation, added bouns for a Free (open source) package.
