-In my district it is NOT legal to videotape any child without the
expressed permission of the parent. A form is sent out to the parents =
along with
other permissions (Internet, etc) and it is not real clear so many parents =
don't
sign it. Therefore before we go near a class with a video camera, the =
forms must
be checked and any child whose is not approved is removed from the
videotaping.
