I'd appreciate recommendations for services/organizations that enable
elementary and/or secondary students to locate penpals in other US states
and in other countries. I would especially appreciate knowing about
services/organizations that you have used yourself. Some of the teachers to
whom I will pass along this information do NOT have Internet access in their
classrooms, so although I'd appreciate good "keypals" services, I'm also
interested in services in which the children write letters the
old-fashioned, snail-mail way.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
