Hi,

I'm a first-year librarian (yes!) and have inherited a library which
is
poised to begin Accelerated Reader. I definitely have concerns about
the
program, but we are implementing nonetheless. Thus, I'm wondering if
anyone
out there could give me feedback on any of the following questions:

1. what types of students does it seem to help the most?
2. How do you supplement for those areas of need it doesn't address?
3. What have you found are the best ways to implement AR?

Any thoughts you have would be hugely helpful. Thanks so much.

Kiva Liljequist
