TARGET: TECH: Pt. 2: Can't access Mankato and other fake websites

Two people replied to my previous post about the URL for the fake
Mankato website. They said they were able to access it
at:http://lme.mankato.msus.edu/mankato/mankato.html

But I keep getting this error, and it also comes up when I try the
Burmese Mountain Dog site (also fake), and the Frederictown one.I get
this message:

400 Bad Syntax
The request appears to be improperly formatted.
