Thank you, everyone, for your attempts at finding a picture of Mr. Pell.
Most people suggested Google images, and the picture found here:
http://www.newrochelleny.com/17thcentury.html.  Unfortunately, though,
this is not the British mathematician, but another John Pell from the
U.S!

I am going to assume, at this point, that a picture does not exist.
