Esteemed colleagues,
My sister, an elementary principal, is interviewing for a new librarian =
this week and asked me for input. It's the first time she's had to hire =
a librarian=20
She said:
"Do you have any ideas of questions that will help my team and me gather =
the information we need to
make a decision. I have written a few questions about teaming with =
classroom teachers, working with volunteers, meeting standards, =
classroom management, and technology integration. What else might I =
need to know?"=20
Any thoughts for a quick response to her this afternoon? I'm wiped out =
after a day closing down my library for the summer...Thanks!
