GEN: Media Center Discipline

I am updating my syllabus for practicum sessions for student
librarians.  I find one of the most troublesome areas for student
librarians is classroom management/discipline.  Anybody have a good book
or article that addresses the issue - specifically discipline in the
library?  Thanks
