Dear LM Netters: I have to give a short lecture on the advantages of email using, managing and sharing to a big and heterogeneous group of teachers, manager, etc. What I want to do is to give some tips about how to manage the overload of information. The time I have is 45 minutes plus 15 minutes for questions. Any ideas of how to make it lively and interesting? TIA in advance....
