attention "new" library media specialists (and interested others)

i'm a presenter for a media specialist institute being offered via =
webcast here in georgia this summer.
the content of my module is CIRCULATION and will be geared toward new =
library media specialists.
i would appreciate any input you could give regarding specific content =
which should be included.
what are some issues/challenges regarding CIRCULATION that you've had to =
solve or are still yet to solve?
i'm looking specifically for content that would help address those time =
when you felt like saying this ...
"if only i knew of a way to solve such-and-such-a-situation before i =
completely lose my mind!" ... or ...
"if i'd only known about such-and-such, my life as a new library media =
specialist would have been much easier!"
