Follett vs. Concourse library software

Hopefully, some of you have not yet left for the beach!  If you have had
experience with Concourse and switched to Follett, or gone from Follett
to Concourse, I would appreciate hearing the reasons for your switch and
whether or not you are satisfied with the results.  Please respond with
