Karen and all,
Sagebrush is working hard to get more representatives in the field to
service their clients. Give them a couple of months and you should see a
drastic improvement in service. I don't know much about Mac support since
most of Kentucky has Intel based Library Automation Systems. I doubt that
Sagebrush will be included in any bundle. It is a very powerful library
program that has a new product call Pin Point that helps organize all of you
resources. A representative was just in yesterday to show it to me and it
was truly awesome. One of the reps that is relatively close to your area(he
lives in Tollan, CT)is Scott Tracy. You may want to email him at:
stracy@sagebrushcorp.com. He will probably be able to steer you in the

Does anyone have any experience with this - -
I have Circ/Cat for Winnebago. The last time I called for tech support they
told me in a year or two they are not going to support Circ/Cat for Mac
anymore, BUT they would sell me Spectrum upgrade for $1450, including one
year of tech support.
Over the summer We are getting in a new Dell lab. Our district tech person
wants Dell to include Spectrum with the software bundle we are getting. Our
dell rep is going to call the Sagebrush people on Monday.
Has this happened to you?
