A colleague asked me this library question. If you were dedicating a library
what date would you choose in January? Would it be the 16th, 17th, or 18th?
Being that it is the end of the year, I am not able to think of a good
answer. Any help or reasons why a certain day should be used. As always,
thanks for your help.
