Our contract requires that a board approved form be used to evaluate the
media specialist - we don't have one and a committee is going to be
working on one over the summer (association members and administrators).
We need to have samples of what other school systems use. I looked in
the archives and there were no actual forms. One HIT had a lot of people
willing to send a copy but this HIT was from 1994.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
