Dear Colleaques:
We have purchased a program called VendPrint to manage our student =
printing. Another school in our District is successfully using the =
program. Our SST (Tech person) cannot get the program to run in our =
school. Our network is different than the network in the other school, =
so they cannot help us. VendPrint Tech Support is only providing =
"canned" answers to our SST's questions or else they tell him, "It =
should work." =20
Our SST says he is close to getting it to go, but he feels there is some =
little network quirk of which he is not aware. We are using an Ethernet =
Novell network. If you are using VendPrint on such a network, would you =
please e-mail me at mackenga@collier.k12.fl.us?
Thank you for your assistance. Stan loves a challenge, but this one is =
a little much.
