TARGET: Online master's degree

I have a two fold question for an elementary teacher who wants to get
her masters ( I am not sure what emphasis):
1.  Are you aware of quality master degree programs available solely online?

2. After receiving a master's degree online , would a district
principal or superintendent feel that the program was as credible as
an on site master's degree program?  Or would that person be passed
over for another applicant who went to the program physically?
