TARGET: Bibliotherapy (Elementary)

Hello Friends:

I write on behalf of Liz Sandsmark, a senior at Endicott College, Beverly, MA, who 
is writing her senior thesis on Bibliotherapy.  Liz has performed a substantial 
amount of research and is looking for the practical application of this type of 
therapy.  Below are a few questions that she has.  You can either respond to me or 
write her directly at:    elizsands@hotmail.com.

1. Have you ever practiced bibliotherapy with a child using a formal procedure 
(including follow-up discussion)?

2. Is bibliotherapy practiced by anyone else in your school and/or district?

3. Do you have an opinion about the effectiveness of bibliotherapy?  Thank you for 
sharing any experiences or ideas.
