Phyllis---I don't know who you talked to but it seems the same person that I
talk to. I only seem to have problems with the Follett marked records. I
am able to download every other companies records --with no problem. I also
use Winnebago. My area rep has not been a help either in solving this
problem.
So take a guess which company is getting less of my money. Since I have to
go in and delete the record and then HAND enter it. Not worth it
