special observances calendar

Does anyone have, or know of, a web site with a calendar of special
observances.  I saw one once that, I believe, was on a library web
site, but of course I can't remember where now!  The calendar
included all the special weeks that libraries observe plus many other
"months" and "weeks" that would be helpful in planning displays.
