TARGET: New England only re:NEASC

Dear New England colleagues -

WE will be experiencing a NEASC evaluation either in the spring or fall of
2005 - our co-chairs have asked me for help.

If you have been evaluated in the last 3-5 years, could you respond BRIEFLY
to the following:

1.      What was the composition of your steering committee?  How many and
who? What role did they fill?  What were their responsibilities?


2.      A NEASC answer to all inquiries as to the steering committee - its
role and function?  has been - "When you get the "kit" all will be made
clear" - What is this "kit" and how will it help.
