I am in the process of finishing up certification to be a media specialist in Florida. We have a shortage of certified personnel here but we also have budget constraints. Some schools do not have certified media specialists but clerks who basically just check out books. Some schools have 1/2 time MS only. It looks like I may be moving to the Dayton/Springfield/Beavercreek area this summer and wondered what the state of things are there for media specialists. Any information would be great. Thank you, Arlene Morrow Student, UCF Lake Mary, FL admorrow@aol.com =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-==-=-=- All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
