TARGET: BIO vs. 92 or B

I know there's been MANY discussions on classifying biographies, but from
what I've seen the options are usually 92, 921, or B.  I would like to move
our biographies from 92 to the prefix BIO, using three letters in the
prefix instead of one as in "B".  I think that will make the most sense for
our students.  From what I've seen in the cataloging preferences in various
vendor's catalogs, BIO is not a standard option.  My question is: does
anyone use BIO and have you had any problems with ordering cataloging and
processing from vendors?
