The New Mexico State Library has released "How School Libraries Improve
Outcomes for
Children: the New Mexico Study" by Keith Curry Lance.  The project
report reports in detail
on school library conditions that exert both direct and indirect effects
on student
performance.  For instructions on how to obtain a copy of the report,
