Information Skills Curriculum resources?

As a new media coordinator, I am trying to bring the Information Skills
Curriculum to an inner-city school does not have a strong library
program.  Can anyone suggest some good web resources that will help me
get started?  I need to get a better understanding of the scope and
sequence of such a course as well as some good activities.
