Copyright website

Hi everyone. I was in a class talking about copyright and was amazed by =
the level of confusion about it. I remember a great website spoken about =
on LM-NET like "copyright cove" and "fair use ferry" or something. I =
have done searches online and of the archives. Does anyone know what I =
am talking about?
