TAR: Motivational speakers/videos/icebreakers

Hi,
I am looking for personal suggestions for suitable videos and or =
speakers on the topic of motivation.
This is for  a faculty meeting.
I am also looking for icebreakers to start off the meeting.
Any sites would also be welcome
