We are in the middle of negotiations and many of the other teachers are =
asking for extra pay duties. Currently as librarian I get no extra pay =
for getting things ready to go at the beginning of the year or doing =
inventory after school is out. I am wondering how much compensation =
that you get for these extra duties. Do you get paid a certain =
percentage of base salary or do you get paid for so many extra days? =
Any information would be appreciated. Thank you
