TAR: legal voting age

In 1971, the 26th amendment was enacted which lowered the federal voting age
from 21 to 18.  However, in Georgia, the voting age for state and local
elections was lowered to 18 in 1945.

Are there any other states which had 18 as the legal age prior to 1971?
