ELEM: Video series

Does anyone have any knowledge or opinion of a video series called "My
America: Building a Democracy" (Sunburst)?  This is a 12-volume series
about issues related to American government intended for elementary
students.  If you have it, what is your opinion of it and more
specifically, for what age group/grade level would it be most
effective?  Thanks!
