Again, you all come crashing through!  Thanks soooo much.  Here is the imformation:

The actual Newbery & Caldecott stickers can be purchased from the
ALA. Online store is http://www.alastore.ala.org  They are listed under ALA 
Awards-Seals.  $12.00 per sheet/$10.80 member price plus S&H.

Also, Demco is supposed to have them as well.  www.demco.com and then type 
Caldecott or Newbery in the search box on the left of the screen.
