Our printer, an HP LaserJet 4050, running on a windows NT network,
occasionally, and usually on Monday, starts spewing out jobs that were
printed in the previous week. We can't seem to cancel them in the printer
queue because they don't show up, or we can't get to it in time. We call the
tech people but they say there is nothing in the queue downstairs in their
room. Since we are trying to conserve paper, this irks us as it is a
tremendous waste (we re-use the paper but it is still a waste.)
Has anyone had this problem and if so, what was your solution?
