TAR: Source for "signed by author" labels

Hello,

Does anyone know of a source for spine labels indicating a book was signed by
the author- we have many, and I want to spruce up the hand-typed ones we have.
I looked in the major catalogs that I have. Seems I may have to make my own,
but was looking for some ready-made. Thank you!
