Use the find files and see how many of these are on the computer; for =
most=20
users, unless highly advanced, there should be only one. With Word=20
closed, delete them all (or if you want to feel better, rename them=20
to normalx.dot) and restart Word. It will create a new normal document
automatically, but explain to them that if they want to save new=20
defaults, they should use a clean document, make only changes they=20
want (like margins, default font, etc) and save that as normal.dot.
