Despartely seeking OP parody: Guide-to Non-Controversial Books

Some years ago, a softcover parody was published by the National Committee
for Good Reading.  I believe it was published by Hi Willow Press and its
title was the "Reader's Guide To Non-Controversial Books."  The softcover
booklet looked very promosing and lead one to a list of blank pages since
everything can be controversial.  Anway, I lost my cope during a move.
Since it is no longer commercially available. I would be happy to purchase
a used copy or defray the shipping and return costs to a helpful colleague.
 Since I teach collection development, this is a hook I would like to
replace.  Also, I am looking for a small sample of mirofiche that contained
the entire Holy Bible and was once distributed for by University Microfilms
or Bell and Howell.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Please write to
