Thanks to all who replied. Here are some responses to my orginal =
posting:

I am a Media Specialist at a Spanish immersion school, and am always on=20
the lookout for content-area websites in Spanish, appropriate for K-2.=20
Our students do read and write Spanish pretty well, but I haven't found=20
more than a handful of eye-catching, interesting, and informative sites=20
with vocabulary at their level.

While not a Spanish website - www.enchantedlearning.com has many=20
activities/worksheets in Spanish (i.e. labeling parts of an insect,=20
parts of the body, house, things in a classroom, colors, shapes, parts=20
of the calendar, etc)
---------
Here is a website that has English-Spanish words in dictionary format =
that
is very user friendly for K-2 students:
http://www.enchantedlearning.com/languages/Spanishdictionary.html
---------
Eduhound http://www.eduhound.com/espanol/defaultE.cfm has a section of =
their
site specifically devoted to Spanish sites. While K-12 in scope, you =
might
find somethings there.
