Individual Pen Pal Source?

Hello!  My sister is looking for an old-fashioned pen pal source for my =
niece, who is just completing 5th grade.  I searched the LM_NET =
archives, but only found sources for classroom pen pals and key pals.  =
Does anyone out there know a safe, reputable source for matching kids =
with other kids for pen pals?  I'll post a hit if anyone is interested.  =
