I have ordered books from Follett for over 13 years. I have used Follett =
as a primary vendor starting three new high schools in our school =
system. I have never had the type of trouble you are detailing. Follett =
has always told me to expect my orders from anywhere between 4 to 6 =
weeks. Usually they arrive sooner. So if you were only giving them =
several weeks, you were not giving them enough time. Also, regarding the =
barcode placement, you may want to check the specifications that you =
sent, to make sure that you did not mark the wrong location by mistake.=20
I believe you should also contact your Follett representative. I know =
they'll be glad to work with you.
