Good morning.
Just wanted to share my experience with incorrect bar codes.
About four years ago, I had four schools where Follett sent books with
incorrect bar code numbers. I contacted the representative and we worked out
a mutually satisfactory arrangement. I received processing credit on the
books that had the wrong labels, I received new labels with label protectors
at no charge, and received $250.00 per school as credit to buy more books to
compensate us for the time lost in putting on the new labels.
I was more than satisfied with this, and have no problems since then. I have
a wonderful representative that handles issues very efficiently and have
received book orders promptly.
