Thank you to everyone that responded with their experiences with Follett
Books.  The overall majority of responses were positive.  Most stated that
by contacting customer service or my service rep that the problem would
probably be resolved.  I, of course, wanted to check my records to insure
that everything was as I had submitted.

In the meantime, I received a phone call from a rep, stating that the local
rep asked her to call to find out if everything went with my first order.  I
informed her of the "barcode on the center of the cover" situation.  It was
an internal error.  The books are being picked up tomorrow, labels
corrected, and hopefully will be back next week.  She offered a credit or
choosing a couple of books.  I chose the books.  In this time of budget
cuts, I rather not have any monies unspent that is taken away because it
looks like I did not use/need it.

So thank you all for your thoughts and experiences.
