Our school system recently changed our web-based email and the new system cannot accept HTML. I subscribe to several newsletters and some now arrive looking like gobbledy-gook. I would like to know if text-only web mail is common in school systems. Our tech guru said they are preventing java applets which often contain viruses. What's your experience?
