I just had to chime in here because I really agree with Lacy. I grew up with a grandaddy that loved telling Uncle Remus stories. I still have my Uncle Remus storybook from childhood. It has been well read. It is a part of our past and our culture. The stories are fun and entertaining. I would hate for my children to never meet Brer Rabbit, Brer Bear, and Brer Fox. What will our society be like if we erase everything from our past that is not PC?
