Dear Florida Colleagues - I am investigating the employment situation in
Florida for a possible move in a few years. I would like to know the
following:
1.Does my Master of Science with a School Media specialty from a New
York college work in Florida? I do not have a Bachelor's degree in the
field of education. My ed courses were part of my masters.
2. We do not have a specific location in Florida, but it will probably
be South West or South East. Is the outlook favorable for Librarians in
public school? I have elementary experience only.
3. Can you give me a very general idea of salary in public school?
4. Does anyone know the qualifications for a job in a community college?
